Our podcast has over 300,000 monthly listeners and has cemented itself as the UK’s most popular business podcast. There are also over 70,000 active members on our online community, we publish a bi-monthly magazine, and we’ve written the UK’s leading property investment books.
As a result of all this (and more!), demand for our services is off the charts. To meet this demand our team has grown phenomenally in the last year, and will grow by 50% over the next year.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our group of property services, and the central functions that support them.
Based in Manchester (with regular travel to our office in London), you’ll support our talented management team to achieve their objectives and reach their full potential. Drawing on your experience, you’ll optimise all aspects of the business – improving quality, productivity and efficiency, and embedding the operational excellence that will support our next stage of growth.
You’ll take responsibility for the reporting and meeting rhythms of the business, implement a program of training and development, and oversee relationships with critical external partners like solicitors and mortgage brokers.
ABOUT YOU
You've been responsible for operationally scaling a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business... and you want to do it again! You relish working with talented, ambitious people and helping them build the structure and processes that enable the business to thrive as it grows.
You have at least three years' experience working in a similar role in a service business, overseeing more than 75 people. You're a first-class communicator, with a curiosity about others' opinions and a readiness to change your mind - but also a bias for action and the willingness to drive through unpopular decisions when needed.
You're process-minded, and possess strong operational and financial acumen.
